Cuisine course

Your guide will be a famous chef and you will easily learn how to cook regional specialties and what wines to serve with. The course topics are: preparation of basic ingredients, preparation of three different menus and three lunches, lessons on wines, vineyards, wine-food combining and wine tasting.
This holiday includes 7 nights in a double room (breakfast included) with 3 cultural visits to places of historical, artistic and gourmet interest and 1 morning visit to the great open market in the town of Alba.
An interpreter will be available at all times for the whole duration of classes.
Every course we have held so far has been very successful with results above the participants’ expectations. The minimal number of participants for each course is 4, the maximum number is 6.
We can also organize customized and individual courses with great flexibility regarding duration and content.
