Wine lessons
Who wants to familiarize with the Piedmont land and its wine culture must learn how modernity and tradition are here melted. This lesson is held on reservation every day from 10 am to 2 pm for groups (8 to 12 people).
Starting point is the vineyard in order to learn about grapes, grape-implants, types of
growing and cultivation techniques and wine producing methods.
In the wine tasting hall to the great pleasure of your palate you will learn how to recognize the distinctive qualities of wines and you will master the rules of wine-food combining.
You will be showed the proper glasses for each wine, you will be taught about the right temperature to serve wine and you will see the “separating” process called “decantazione”
This is the end of your visit unless you wish to fly over our vineyards on a helicopter and make the lesson more memorable!
